Expertise in Dynamics 365 (CRM) in the Norwegian market is spread thinly across many players where CRM is one of many focus areas. The aim of the Process Pilots is to build a large professional environment focussed exclusively on Dynamics 365 (CRM). Many of the key people in Prosesspilotene have experience of developing large CRM specialised environments and believe this offers significant advantages in terms of knowledge development, reusable solutions and, not least, the ability to provide good service.

The company was established in 2011 by experienced CRM experts and after a start-up period focusing on the first large CRM implementations and development of the company's methodology and best practices, we entered a growth phase in 2015.

At the end of 2023, Prosesspilotene had 100 employees and 250 customers spread across different industries and sizes. The plan is to continue to grow in the coming years.
