The Ultimate Digital Experience for Beauty Professionals and Distributors
ProNails has a constant focus on innovation in both product development and service. To innovate their services, ProNails was looking for a partner to update their digital platform. This platform had to become the 'digital hub' where budding beauty professionals could go for inspiration and training opportunities, distributors could process orders and professionals could place orders. In other words, a platform where everything comes together.
ProNails is active in a creative industry, so they already had a clear vision on the design of the website. ProNails' (technical) wishes:
- A compact and clear platform;
- A ‘My ProNails’ environments where distributors and professionals can keep track of their own stocks and process orders;
- An appearance matching the identity;
- An academy, where interested parties can be trained to become ProNails professionals;
- A B2B shop serving the professionals;
- An extensive blog/news feature to keep professionals always up-to-date on the latest developments and opportunities and;
- A dealer locator & salon finder.
The solution
Unleashing Enhanced Possibilities and Functions
ProNails was already familiar with Dynamicweb, but the new requirements could no longer be incorporated into the installation. Therefore, an entirely new architecture within a new Dynamicweb installation was created. This also increased the possibilities and functions of the platform, allowing ProNails to use Dynamicweb even more effectively.

Through clear communication, a combination of the right expertise and a proactive attitude from both parties, ProNails has a completely revamped and future-proof website.
The result is a corporate environment equipped with multiple language layers, a full B2B webshop partially unlocked for distributors, strong product detail pages, the academy environment, an extensive blog module, various content templates, implementations, and marketing capabilities.
