The challenge
Outdated webshop could not handle large data volumes
Isabella's old webshop was outdated and could not handle the large data volumes required to serve their broad customer base. This created challenges in offering a seamless ordering experience, as customers needed to be able to order online and pick up products from dealers in four European countries and through camping dealers globally. Additionally, product data needed to flow seamlessly between different systems and across languages, which was necessary to maintain a high service level and ensure accurate, updated information for both customers and dealers.

PIM centralizes data and solves cross-border challenges
Dynamicweb 9.0 with integrated PIM system solved Isabella's challenges by centralizing the handling of product data. Previously, Isabella had several different platforms for their website, B2B webshop, and product app, which required significant resources to update in many languages and platforms, and which cause a higher risk of data errors. With Dynamicweb, Isabella can now update product data, photos, videos, and texts in all languages in one place. This has streamlined their workflows and reduced time spent on manual tasks.
