One of the IT-related initiatives was to establish an international B2B webshop designed to ensure that the European customers were offered the full sortiment at the right time, price, and with a delivery that fell short of market expectations, and to maintain and intensify Gasa Group's international position.
In cooperation with their DynamicWeb partner, Gasa Group launched a new B2B webshop solution in six different languages. The web shop brings together more than 1.5000 dealerships across 17 countries and 10 different currencies. In addition, the customized live prices and discounts on more than 15,000 different items and 60,000 million prices.
B2B customers can via the self-service module get direct access to previous orders, reorder and bill, as well as extensive filter-based views with several facets that make it quick and easy for customers to find the relevant prices and goods.
Via the NAV-integrated B2B DynamicWeb webshop solution and self-service portal Gasa Group has managed to strengthen their position in the European market.
This has resulted in a shocking increase in sales, which has since been supported by new efficient up-selling functions - including customer-specific assortments, which are reflected in the available items based on date management, and customer-specific product promotion which is being composed and displayed based on the client's previous product preferences.
