Botex's solutions with its previous digital partner had not been upgraded, which meant several limitations in terms of what they could do with marketing initiatives on their various websites.
In addition, the company was not satisfied with the speed of the website, and they were experiencing periodic errors on the website and irregularities in the order flow.
