Project Manager, eCommerce Implementations (DK)

As a Project Manager, your primary mission is to ensure our customers receive the best possible eCommerce solutions tailored to their needs. Your day will vary based on customer demands, involving constant dialogue and interaction with your team and clients. You'll excel at planning projects, preparing requirements, and providing accurate estimates. You will guide projects from contract signing to delivering a complete solution that leaves our customers impressed.

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers, building strong relationships and understanding their business needs while managing their budget.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and project resources while adhering to budget and timelines.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering solutions that meet their expectations and keeping developers and consultants engaged and busy.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues to keep projects on track.

Developing and delivering a solution like ours calls for a great and competent team. For this reason, you work in close cooperation with our skilled consultants, developers and solution architects.

You will be part of a project delivery team within our Professional Service department working with great colleagues with days depending on our customers’ needs and requests. We often conduct projects in cooperation with our partners or with sub-vendors.

As Project Manager, you act as a link between customers and our solutions so great people skills, and an outgoing personality is a must! You will have to navigate multiple projects with ease while overseeing communication throughout the process.

You’re responsible for managing risks and dependencies in projects while monitoring costs, timescales, and resources used, and act where these deviate from agreed budget. A history of driving IT implementation projects and being a naturally proactive and independent problem-solver will be considered an advantage.
