Project Manager for customized solutions
Your most important task as Project Manager is to make sure our customers get the best solution. Your day varies depending on customer needs and includes ongoing dialogue and interaction with the project team. You are skilled in scoping and planning large and small projects, preparing requirements specifications, and making estimates (together with consultants and developers). You run projects with a steady hand from contract signing to delivering the finished solution to a customer, whose expectations are met in terms of deadlines, solution quality and finance.
Your team
Developing and delivering a solution like ours calls for a great and competent team. For this reason, you work in close cooperation with our skilled developers and solution architects. You will be part of a project team within our Professional Services department working with great colleagues. As Project Manager, you act as link between customers and our solutions so great people skills and an outgoing personality is a plus! You will have to navigate multiple projects with ease while overseeing communication throughout the process.
Being familiar with our platform is not a must. We will make sure to get you up to speed. Our platform is built with .Net, coded in C#, and integrates with MS Dynamics ERP systems. Knowledge of these may come in handy.
Your toolbox and responsibilities
You’re responsible for managing risks and dependencies in projects while monitoring costs, timescales, and resources used, and to act where these deviate from agreed budget. A history of driving IT implementation projects and being a naturally proactive and independent problem-solver will be considered an advantage.

- Experienced as Project Manager in eCommerce or software development
- Motivated by working in close cooperation with customers
- Capable of making progress in a team and bringing positive energy
- Strong in terms of economic sense, communication, and contract governance
- Great in making relations and has a developed consultant-gene with stakeholder management skills
- Works structured and is capable of planning and organizing
- Fluent in English and preferably fluent in German is a plus!
