A brand new Dynamicweb Ecommerce platform was implemented for Cook & Co including newsletters and a closer link between the webshop, back office and their online marketing efforts. Besides the completely new design, the Cook & Co. shop contains all you would expect from a top retailer’s webshop. Customers can easily and securely pay with credit card or bank transfer. As an additional feature a packing application was also implemented. This allows the warehouse staff to simply pick and pack orders and ship it easily via the automatically generated shipping label.

In addition the link between the physical stores and the online shop has created a number of benefits e.g. the option of exchanging products bought online in a physical store – this contributes to more online orders being placed as customers know that if they don’t like the product they can easily exchange it in one of the retail shops.
