DeltaQ is the result of an innovation from Delta Cafés, a Portuguese company of production and distribution of coffee. The B2C ecommerce project is available in four countries with different products catalog per territory.
After the huge success of the DeltaQ ecommerce project, the company realized the market needs and launched the MyQoffee, a fully customizable product. DeltaQ needed a platform to sell standard products (coffee and tea capsules, coffee machines, accessories) and also dedicated functionalities that allow users to create a customized product. The flexibility of the platform allows DeltaQ to customize it according to their specific needs, and it enables them to continue using existing data, including their extensive customer database. The full integration of Dynamicweb ecommerce platform with Dynamics NAV, an ERP system, enabled to easily manage price data and products in the same platform.
The new CMS solution has expanded the commercial reach of DeltaQ worldwide. The solution combines user-friendly illustrations and product configuration, to ensure that customers can navigate between the many different product types and specifications.
